Fihrist.io is operated by Fihrist. Your use of the site and any early-access application is subject to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Do not use the service if you do not agree.

Fihrist is a research and reporting service that helps brands understand their visibility, competitors, sources, and improvement opportunities in AI answers. Applying for early access does not create an account, start an automated analysis, or create a payment obligation.

You must provide accurate, current information and must not use the service unlawfully, deceptively, harmfully, or in a way that infringes another person's rights. You may not bypass security, generate disruptive automated traffic, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, or attempt unauthorized access.

You confirm that you have the authority or lawful interest required to request analysis of any brand, domain, or content you submit.

AI answers can change over time and between runs of the same question. Fihrist measurements are limited by sampling, available models, and accessible sources. We do not guarantee completeness, a particular result, or future performance.

Reports support research and planning. They are not legal, financial, or other professional advice. You remain responsible for business decisions and for seeking specialist advice where appropriate.

Rights in Fihrist software, design, branding, copy, and original methods belong to Fihrist or its licensors. You keep the rights to your own brands and materials and permit us to use them only as needed to provide the service you request.

The site may use Vercel, Discord, Google Calendar, OpenPanel, Twenty CRM, and Cloudflare Turnstile. Availability and activity on those platforms are governed by their own terms. A link does not imply endorsement of external content.

The early-access application and demo booking are free. If a paid product is offered, scope, price, tax, delivery, cancellation, and refund terms will be shown before payment. You will not be charged without clear authorization.

Nothing in these terms limits mandatory rights available under applicable consumer law, including rights relating to distance contracts or defective services.

We may improve, change, or temporarily suspend the service and do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss or disruption caused solely by third-party services.

This does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for intent, gross negligence, personal injury, or mandatory consumer rights.

We may restrict or end access where these terms or law are breached, or where security or abuse is at risk. You may contact us to request deletion of your application and an end to communications.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without removing mandatory protections or remedies available under the law of your country. If one provision is invalid, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
